Below are the important dates regarding the congress. All participants are strongly advised to note these dates and plan their process according to this schedule.

• Abstract Submission Deadline: August 1, 2025

  • Those who wish to participate in the congress with a paper must complete their applications (abstract submissions) by this date. Early submissions are encouraged.

• Registration Period: September 10 - October 20, 2025

  • Participants accepted to the congress must complete their registration within these dates.

• Congress Dates: November 27–28, 2025

  • The congress will last for two days and will feature invited speeches, panel sessions, and paper presentations.

• Full-Text Submission Deadline: December 15, 2025

  • Full texts of accepted papers must be uploaded to the system by this date.

✍️ Full-Text Submission Guidelines

Full texts of accepted papers must be uploaded to the system by December 15, 2025.

• All submitted full texts will be included in the congress proceedings book.

• Papers deemed appropriate after evaluation will have the opportunity to be published in a special issue.

When preparing your full texts, you are expected to follow the writing rules of the Marmara University Journal of Political Science.
