Please find below the key deadlines and important milestones for the congress. We kindly recommend all participants to mark these dates and plan their submissions accordingly.

• Congress Dates: November 27–28, 2025
  The congress will take place over two days, featuring keynote speeches, panel sessions, and paper presentations.
• Application Deadline: July 15, 2025
  The final date to submit your abstract or application to participate in the congress. Early submissions are encouraged.
• Full Paper Submission Deadline: December 15, 2025
  Accepted authors must submit their full papers by this date in order to be included in the congress proceedings.
• Registration Period: November 1–10, 2025
  All accepted participants must complete their registration within this period to confirm their attendance.
